Cleaning your  jewellery

We recommend polishing your jewellery regulary using a soft cloth or jewellery polishing cloth to minimise any tarnishing build up .

Tarnishing is a natural occurance simply caused by silvers natural reaction with the atmosphere around it , it will not harm your jewellery and is easily removed by polishing as mentioned above .

                                                                         How to keep your jewellery looking its best

To Keep your jewellery fresh we recommend :

​

•  Storing it in an air tight box or pouch.                                                                                                                                                        This will keep tarnishing to a minimum whilst it is not being worn .

​

• Remove your jewellery before swimming & bathing . If on occasion you forget to remove your jewellery, rinse the jewellery with clean water and dry gently with a soft cloth .

​

• When using moisturisers, body lotions & perfumes always try to apply & allow to dry before putting your jewellery on.

      Cleaning products, sanitiser & chlorine to mention a few can also have an effect so avoid contact with your jewellery where                  possible .

      Limiting contact with abrasive chemicals will help maintain the appearance of your item as well as helping to maintain the                    condition of the elastic stretch cord (bracelets , rings & anklets)

• It is not advisable to use any cleaning solution , other than a polishing cloth to clean our gold plated , gold filled and gemstone jewellery.
