All of our pieces are guaranteed for 6 months against manufacturing issues .

Our Warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage  or misuse/outside influence .

If you have any issues within this time please get in touch as soon as possible and we will endevour to rectify any issues as quickly as possible .

After this warranty period , any damage or breakage can be repaired for you for a small charge . 

The cost of this service is dependent on the repair required .

For example a full restring on a bracelet would cost £7.50 plus postage/delivery .
