Product Returns 

 We will be happy to Refund your purchase within 14 days of you receiving your order if you are not completely happy with your purchase .

The returned item must be  in perfect , saleable condition and with all original packaging .

Your refund will be processed by your original purchase method .

If you wish to exchange your item we will refund the original purchase and a new order would need to be created by you for the replacement item .

​

For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund earrings unless they are faulty.

​

We are unable to refund or exchange any personalised or bespoke pieces .

​

Refunds for postage costs will only be given if the item is deemed faulty.

The customer is responsible for the postage costs in the event of returning an item for exchange.

When returning any item to us please enclose your contact details and order number /proof of purchase.
